As an Australian owned low FODMAP company, our story starts with our founder. Adele has struggled with an onion and garlic intolerances since 2021 and knows firsthand how challenging it can be. Re-reading every label (because seriously who would’ve thought garlic and onion are in everything?), or bringing your own food to every gathering just to avoid being a burden - we get it.
