Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–4 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia
Orders over AUD $44 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under AUD $44, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.70. Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Express shipping
If you’d like your order sooner, express shipping is available at a flat rate of $12.70. Delivery times for express orders are typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your region.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
