These spices have changed my boring FodMap world!

Since using these blends my plain food has gone from “blah” to flavour I don’t use the Mexican one for their recipe as it contains some things I react too (more recipes for Mexican please) The other two I use weekly (eat one and freeze the rest)
As they don’t have long shelf life I now only order when needed instead of building a supply
I highly recommend these fusions

So so happy I found this small business randomly on an ad on instagram. As a person who has ibs and ibd its impossible to find food that agrees with me. I've so far used the green spice once for a green curry and the mexican spice for tacos and so far so good. Keen to try the italian spice next for bolognaise or pasta. Will def been buying some more once run out!

I especially love the spag bol recipe. So tasty and no longer get gut issues while using these spices.

Used the Essential Herbs pack to season our gyros chicken and it was soooo tasty. My low FODMAP friend had zero complaints.

I’m not as adventurous as I used to be but after trying so many other options decided to give these a go Have to say was a bit light handed first time but second time had a great result making bolognaise sauce I made 4 meals from the minced beef, so 3 went to freezer for quick meal over next couple of weeks Will today try the chicken curry m, looks yum.
At last food with flavour, no tummy upset Love it 👍

Quick delivery and great product

We stumbled across this little gem of a product on social media.. with a few fussy eaters and food intolerances in the house, meal time can be difficult. So pleased we found this. We use the Mexican blend all the time, love it, So do the fussy ones and it hasn’t upset the tummy either. Very happy 😃

I'm new to this low fodmap but theses products are great and making my food full of flavour, definitely will continue using into the future, also the recipe's from their site are very tasty and helpful
