You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Due to food safety regulations and for the health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Contact us at hello@friendlyblends.com.au to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away at hello@friendlyblends.com.au so we can make it right.
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may also take a few extra days to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@friendlyblends.com.au.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
